A person needs to be in standing position at-least 12 to 15 hours a day on his feet. Feet is the maximum using part of each activity of human. The excessive pressure put on the feet results foot pain & suffers almost 75% people around the globe. Foot pain seen on the elder stage nowadays it spoils the ability, mobility and independence of casual living. No one concentrate on the things and activities when they suffered by severe foot pain.
When a standing continue for a long time, prolonged walking, and pronation on the foot joints will cause severe foot pain. The occupations such as construction, supervising, healthcare, retailing, fashion and more require long duration standing. Standing for long period of time would give pressure to lower limb of the foot and cause foot pain easily. Which makes foot exhausted and overworked, the overall result is aching foots.
Wearing high heel & most fitted shoes are the prominent cause for women foot pain. Women will looks smarter when they wearing high heels. But this will make them uncomfortable when they are in standing position for long period of time or walking long distance. Football gets high level pressure when the women wearing high heel which cause severe foot ache. Systematic diseases like diabetes, arthritis and obesity are the facts which could cause foot pain in severe stage.
