What are Muscle Spasms?

Back pain arrives unexpectedly when the person lifting heavy weight or bending for a minute uncomfortably. Research says approximately 8 out of 10 people experience the back pain once in their life. Generally the root cause of muscle spasms is unexpected injury in the muscles of lumbar spine due to an accident.

  • Uncommon back pain & irritation
